Things are changing.
How do we maintain a sense of
personal balance and flow in the midst of what sometimes looks and feels like chaos?
I find it helpful to remember that
EVERYTHING WE ARE SEEING IN THE OURER WORLD IS THE RESULT OF INNER CHANGES.
WE ARE EVOLVING!
and we can’t stop evolution
because we are part of it.
We evolve individually, collectively and universally with every breath.
So, how do we stay in the flow?
BY REMEMBERING TO BREATHE
When you’re feeling anxious, stressed, like you need to do something but don’t know what, here Is a simple practice that will help;
SIMPLY NOTICE HOW GOOD IT FEELS
This is one of the practices that the Soul Singing group (See below.) is playing with this week. Even just taking 1, 2 or 3 full, conscious breaths will calm the fight flight, get you out of your head and into the feeling vibration of the body where we sense the nurturing support of nature and Mother Earth and the dynamic energies of Spirit evolving through us with each breath.
I invite you, even with all that’s going on out there, to maintain a gentle, open and compassionate inner focus. Remember to breathe and listen to your inner guidance, that still, small, inner voice and be willing to be
SELF CARE AND HONORING OUR INNER CONNECTION IS PRIMARY!
Our next evolutionary leap in consciousness is to elevate our individual inner guidance to a level of authority in our personal lives.
Keep it simple.
Stay in the moment.
One choice, one decision one step at a time letting that inner connection be your guide.
Turn the rest over to spirit.
Let the future take care of itself.
“Oh right!” you may be saying.
“Easier said than done.”
Okay, so here’s the next practice that will help. After a few conscious breaths that bring you into the present moment, speak to Source, your co-creator with this simple affirmative, feeling prayer:
“Source, how does it feel to trust life and know that it supports me and is guiding me with each breath and in all my endeavors?”
Now take another breath, breathing in the answer. Remember, you have called for a feeling, “how does it feel…” so as you take the breath, let it move you out of the head, the thinking aspect, and into the feeling centers of the body.
Stay with the feeling, whatever it is, and continue to breathe without judgment or expectation. You may be surprised at how quickly you experience a sense of peace, balance and wholeness.
